I am Katya Varlamova, clinical herbalist, naturopath, Earth lover, mama and founder of Warmicita Herbals.
With 20 years of experience in herbal medicine and holistic healing I founded Warmicita to build a bridge between the ancient plant wisdom and complex healing needs of our times.
I firmly believe that the human body is designed for health and healing, and that true healing happens when we address not just the physical symptoms but the deep underlying emotional, psychological, energetic and spiritual patterns that often lie in the subconscious.
In my private practice with clients I use dynamic kinesiology to investigate and work with the root causes at the deepest level possible. This holistic approach provides for lasting inner transformation rather than temporary relief of physical symptoms.
In my work with clients I combine Western herbalism with the precious teachings of TCM, Ayurveda and Amazonian plant medicine.

Warmicita is an endearing word meaning woman and the feminine principle, in the ancient language of the Quechua, the indigenous people of the Andes. It honors the Yin healing energy and the ancient wisdom of nurturing, nourishing and healing by plants, nature and the Earth.
