Refund policy

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This applied to all products except for herbal wellness kits which are final sale and may not be returned.

Please email us at info@warmicitaherbals.com with a description of the problem you have encountered with the product, and we will be happy to assist you. Please include your order number and name of the product.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. 

Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or with the tamper evident seal removed.

All authorized product returns must be in their original package, unopened and unused. 

Return shipping fees are responsibility of the customer.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return shipping fee and restocking fee of 15% will be charged on orders that are refused, undeliverable due to insufficient/incorrectly entered address, or unclaimed.
